تطبيق نصيحة هو أحد مخرجات مشروع "حقكم" الذي تنفذه مؤسسة الرؤيا الفلسطينية، بدعم من سكرتاريا حقوق الإنسان. يهدف المشروع إلى تسهيل وصول الفلسطينيين في مدينة القدس للمعلومات القانونية والحقوقية التي تحكم حياتهم تحت الاحتلال.

تجدون في نصيحة معلومات أساسية تتعلق بالمعاملات الرسمية مع كل من "مؤسسة التأمين الوطني الإسرائيلية"، "وبلدية الاحتلال"، "ووزارة الداخلية الإسرائيلية"، وغيرها من المؤسسات. على سبيل المثال، يمكنكم من خلال هذا التطبيق الحصول على معلومات تتعلق بمنحة الولادة، ومخصصات الأولاد، وحقوق العمال، ونسبة التخفيض على ضريبة الأرنونا، وغيرها من المعلومات الهامة لأهالي القدس في حياتهم اليومية. إضافة إلى ذلك، تجدون في هذا التطبيق قائمة بأهم المؤسسات الحقوقية في القدس، وخارطة تفاعلية يمكنكم من خلالها إضافة شهاداتكم حول انتهاكات حقوقية تحصل في محيطكم الجغرافي.

‘‘Naseeha’’ (Advice) application is one of the outputs of ‘‘Haqocom’’ (Your Right) project, that aims to increase access of Palestinians living in East Jerusalem to justice through contributing to address Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law violations perpetrated by the Israeli occupation. Through ‘‘Naseeha’’ App, you can find all the necessary information that guides you to claim your rights and/or measures to be taken to counter policies and procedures imposed by Israeli institutions such as "National Insurance Institute", "Jerusalem Municipality", the "Ministry of Interior" and more. For example, you have access to information about birth grant, child benefits, labor rights, Arnona Tax Exemptions, in addition to information to help you mitigate daily challenges. Moreover, Naseeha App provides you with contact information of human rights civil society organisations to facilitate your access to legal aid and services available in Jerusalem. You can also find an interactive map, where you can add your testimony about human rights violations that you have witnessed in your community anonymously.
